Schools can opt in to be considered for a visit from the Britelite Young Creators Roadshow.

Selected schools may receive a visit from the Britelite team and roadshow exhibition trailer, creating a fun, interactive experience that celebrates creativity and engages the wider local community.

  1. Used solely for the administration and delivery of the Britelite Young Creators competition

Child Artwork & Image Consent Reassurance

Britelite Young Creators has been designed to be simple and safe for schools to take part.

  1. Schools remain responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent for pupil artwork submitted
  2. No pupil names or personal details will be displayed publicly
  3. No photographs or videos of individual pupils will be required as part of entry
  4. Any use of submitted artwork will relate only to the Britelite Young Creators competition and associated campaign activity (including online, social media, exhibitions, TV, and radio)

By registering, schools confirm that appropriate permissions are in place for the submission of pupil artwork.


Safeguarding First

Safeguarding is central to Britelite Young Creators.

The competition:

  1. Does not require pupils to appear on camera unless part of the Roadshow which will be discussed separately
  2. Does not involve direct contact between pupils and the public
  3. Is managed entirely through schools and nominated staff contacts

This ensures a safe, positive experience for pupils, schools and families.
